President: Jeremy Saunders
Jeremy's association with Iron Realms started as a player of Achaea before serving as a volunteer. He was eventually chosen to launch Iron Realms's third MUD - Imperian - as its Producer and served as Executive Producer for Iron Realms before moving into his current role as President.
Prior to working for IRE, Jeremy was an entrepreneur in the martial arts industry, and occasionally fought professionally in UFC-style bouts.

Producer: Justin Walsh
Justin serves as Producer for Achaea, Dreams of Divine Lands. A long-time player and administrator, he became lead programmer in 2008, before moving up to produce Iron Realms' flagship game. Prior to his employment with IRE, Justin's background was in systems and network administration and sound and event production.

Producer: R.M. French
R.M. has a long history with Iron Realms as one of Achaea's earliest players. One of the leading players of that time, R.M. eventually became an admin. Years later, Iron Realms hired R.M., along with David Mooter, to create Lusternia.

David is a programmer by profession and was a prominent player of Achaea as well as a long-time volunteer for Achaea before Iron Realms hired him to help create Lusternia. He has a B.A. in systems analysis from Miami University, having graduated summa cum laude.

Producer: Jesse Celeste
Jesse was first introduced to IRE when he started playing Achaea in 1998. He was the first player to reach level 100, something thought impossible to achieve at the time. He graduated from RPI in 2002 and worked at Yale for a year before being hired as a full time coder on Imperian. He quickly progressed through the ranks and now serves as a producer on Imperian.

Producer: Eric Lamy
Eric began playing IRE games with Achaea in 1999 and has contributed to the development of Achaea, Aetolia, and Lusternia before becoming a full time volunteer on Aetolia in 2004. He was hired as Assistant Producer of Aetolia in late 2007 and was promoted to Producer in 2008. He graduated from UMass Amherst with a B.S. in Biochemistry and has served on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Academy of Sciences.

Producer: Joseph O'Loughlin
A life-long game enthusiast, JT first joined IRE as an original player of Lusternia. He became a volunteer for the game and was promoted to the Assistant Producer. His talent and imagination quickly won him a position developing Midkemia Online, due for release in 2009. JT studied Political Science and Computer Science at the University of San Francisco, and spends his free time playing video games and board games, hiking, cooking, reading, and exploring California.

Producer: Joseph Monk
A member of the US military currently serving in Korea, Joseph has been a long time player of the IRE games. He is currently slaving away on development for our first Science Fiction game, Tears of Polaris.

Assistant Producer: Laura Merte
A player of IRE games since 2003, Laura was a mortal builder and volunteer administrator before taking the role of Achaea's Assistant Producer. She holds a BA in English and Creative Writing from Hope College and a BFA in Interactive Design and Game Development from Savannah College of Art and Design.

Senior Programmer: Michael Braun
Currently a senior at the University of Maryland, Michael started playing Lusternia in early 2006 and was hired in 2008 as a programmer. He enjoys fixing bugs, churning out new code, and long walks on the beach.
