April Newsletter from Iron Realms Entertainment

We are celebrating April as Player Appreciation Month across all the Iron Realms! To express our appreciation, we are giving a 10% bonus on all gold drops for the first half of the month. For the second half of the month, all players will enjoy a 10% experience gain bonus. If you dream of wealth and power for your Iron Realms characters, April is the time to play.

Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that in each of the Iron Realms during this month, we are bestowing special in-game gifts for credit purchases at the following thresholds: 100, 300, 500, 1000, and 2000 credits. Each game is offering unique bonus gifts at each aforementioned level, ranging from rare collectibles to artefacts and more. Many of these items will never become available via normal means, so don't miss out.

A special language you cannot otherwise learn or a bottomless vial in Imperian; a Sceptre of Aqueous Mastery or a personalised stationery kit in Achaea; magically refilling cocktail glasses or a travelling trunk in Lusternia; a clarion eyeglass or a mantle of dissolution in Aetolia; these and many more bonus items are available this month. Visit each game for details.

Cassiopeia by JosephineImperian
Five years ago this month, the world of Imperian first opened its doors! We're immensely proud to be celebrating such an auspicious occasion, and we are doing so with the Tournament of the Ages. Throughout most of the month of April, a vast variety of special events for players are being held, covering the areas of Mind, Body, Spirit, Soul, and the Arts. The champion of each category will receive a unique and powerful item, and the overall victor will be awarded the Crown of the Champion! Next month we'll announce the Champions of each category for the Anniversary, and our celebrations are just beginning. Come join us and play for a chance to go down in history as a true Champion of Imperian.

Achaea
In March, Achaea bid a bittersweet farewell to Eris, Goddess of Chaos, whose long-laid schemes have at last come to fruition: her experiments in time travel combined with chaotic essence drained from Babel, once the god of chaos, led to her final departure from this realm towards an unknown destiny. However, all was not lost for the cult worshippers of Babel. With the destruction of the Living Spire, a reborn presence unveiled itself to Achaea: Babel, God of Oblivion has risen! Furthermore, concerned by the recent resurgence of chaos in Achaea, the long-absent goddess Lorielan has returned to the realms.

In other news, the skill of Dragoncraft was released in March, giving Dragons a special class when in dragonform in lieu of their normal class skills when in lesserform. For those whose aspirations lie higher than the mortal realm, a call for new Celani has come with the end of March. Who shall answer the call to join the Garden of the Gods?

Lusternia
The Age of Ascension begins in earnest! Following the rise of Shuyin as a True Ascendant, the first Vernal Ascendants were raised in the cities and communes of Lusternia: Nejii Talnara of the Serenwilde Commune, Malicia La'Saet of New Celest, and Xenthos An'Ryshe of the Glomdoring Forest. This heralds a new era in Lusternia, whereby power has become a scarce and valuable commodity in the face of the staggering costs required to raise a Vernal Ascendant. Even now, the fate of the Basin of Life hangs in the balance as Ascendants and Demigods war for control of the Thrones of the Nine Domoth Realms and their powerful arcane magics.

In further news, the Shadowdancers rallied the Glomdoring Forest to combat sun fae who were wrecking havoc in pursuit of Father Sun's ancient desire to possess Mother Night. By repairing the Glass of the Sublime Eidolon, an ancient artifact called forth Nocht, the Silent, the Elder God responsible for awakening Mother Night. Also, explorers in the subterranean Undervault recently discovered the Hyfae Caverns: a giant mushroom forest with fungoid inhabitants, plagued by an ancient and forgotten evil. Finally, the Book of Clangorum, ancestor of the dwarves, was recently unearthed, revealing a great many mysteries.

Aetolia
The month of March marked the return to prominence of the Consanguine Imperium within the realm of Aetolia. With this, the noble Houses of the Vampires have once more rallied under a banner of unification, though not without much controversy and the immediate departure of a Major House. Significant changes were made to several of the realm's classes, including the Infernals and the Magi. In the world of politics, the Undercity of Djeir declared itself an independent political entity under the leadership of the Amethyst Throne, although what this may mean for the rest of Sapience remains uncertain.
