Achaea
The month of November in Achaea began with an extensive and long-awaited update to the class of Bards. As well as changes to existing abilities such as auralbless and contradanse, numerous new abilities were implemented, such as the tunesmithing of songblessed rapiers and the knowledge of how to whistle a songbird to one's shoulder to assist in combat. Later in the month, following the mysterious departure of the elemental guardians of the master crystal of the Crystalline Circle, natural disasters wracked the land, ranging from earthquakes to volcanic eruptions to sandstorms. These were eventually calmed after the long-exiled forest spirit Propasia, with the aid of her sister forest spirits, became reborn as Artemis, Goddess of the Cataclysm. Achaea welcomes the newborn warrior goddess Artemis, also known as the Wrath of Nature, to its pantheon of Gods! The whereabouts and impetus for the departure of the elemental guardians remain enigmatic, but perhaps the future holds answers to come.
Lusternia
The nexuses of power in Lusternia destabilised, causing reality to be plagued with a series of dangerous dimensional anomalies. Aided by mortals, the divine brothers Lacostian and Elcyrion were able to create anchors to stabilise the nexuses, which were small worlds in aetherspace. Unfortunately, the forms of the divine brothers were destroyed in the process. However, they were able to merge together, giving rise to a new divine Elder God: Elostian, the Enigmatic. In other divine news, the powers within the wyrd forest of Glomdoring converged, resulting in the creation of a single black rose. For months, the commune members of Glomdoring cared for the rose. When the rose blossomed, it released Viravain, the Child of the Wyrd. Finally, the Tolborolla Valley was discovered at the base of Avechna's Peak, which housed a small community of furrikin and tae'dae with mystical ties to lost Ackleberry Forest.
Aetolia
The dark-hearted denizens of Aetolia recently discovered a new way to maintain their own undead bodies. Using the arts of dissection, fermentation, and desiccation, the inner
organs of creatures can now be made into serums and poultices allowing
them to Reanimate their forms after damage. The ramifications of this new healing process remain to be seen. In the meantime, an ancient Trollish encampment was discovered, named Craneskull. Between Undead agents successfully invading the Sentinel guildhall and Bloodloch slaves finishing their construction of a city asylum, troubled times approach.
Imperian
Professions loomed
large in the minds of all in the month of November, with many people enjoying multiple professions whilst remaining in their favorite guilds. Players are now able to take on the profession of any guild within their circle, either magickal, demonic, or anti-magickal in nature. Further details have been released by the Pantheon on the Guild Charter system, which will allow people to found their own guilds wherever they choose, giving even more freedom to the players! Rumours have it that the system will be running within a month, ushering in a new era of adaptability and player-formed organisations! -- Also in the works are several improvements to popular new games, including the Scavenger Hunt. Every weekend this month will feature different events with many kinds of prizes! -- Next month, we look forward to releasing more information about the new Charter system, as well as anticipating the first ever player-formed guild. Watch this space!
