Not only does this month's newsletter contain all the latest news about our games, it holds within its fabled grasp, the greatest treasure known to mankind: the coveted character development video from Earth Eternal. Read, watch, play, and enjoy!
Lusternia
Lusternia turned three years old in October, holding celebrations with lots of games and credit prizes! There were many events throughout the month, including the return of the Dread Lord of Contagion (an ancient and mysterious foe to the peoples of the Basin of Life), the healing of the roads through the Serenwilde Forest, and the sacrifice of Ayridion, which gave rise to a new role for players, called Ascendants. Finally, the Elder God Fain managed to finally free himself from the kephera psychic web and return to an active role in Magnagora.
Aetolia
Aetolia's oft-beaten slaves have been heavily focused on one thing: liaisons, liaisons, liaisons. Enhancments to Numerology, Tattoos, Tekura, and Terramancy, have signaled the time for liaisons is swifting coming to an end. Once the final skills are updated, the over-caffeinated sleep-deprived, code gremlins will begin furiously clawing their way through the inner bowels of Aetolia, slaving over the long-promised updates of racial balancing, vampire houses upgrades, and bloodline improvements.
Imperian
It has been another busy month in the land of Imperian, leading with the
discovery of two new areas: the Rayatem hills, a source of fine wines, and the Brekknit
Pass, where two orc tribes engage in bloody feuds. Crystalism, Curses, and
Devotion received classlead upgrades, tweaks, improvements, and several intriguing new abilities! This month will see a Town Hall Meeting for all crafters to
voice thoughts and ideas about the crafting system, and continuing work on the classlead front.
Tune in next month for more news, or come join us to experience it
for yourself!
Achaea
In Achaea, the ages-old conflict between the
city-states
of Ashtan
and Shallam
has ignited once again -- this time into full-scale war! City
soldiers from both sides battle valiantly, seeking glory on behalf of
their homes.
With the introduction of a new, smaller, and less costly model of ship
called the Windcutter, more sailors have braved the vastness of Achaea's
oceans,
crossing dangerous waters to discover several new islands -- Ilyrean,
Suliel,
and Eirenwaar
-- as well as a bizarre, mutated living prison in the icy north called
Tenwat
Prison.
On October 31st, during a strange time known as Mayaween,
a plague of undead descended upon the realms. This was discovered to be a result of the machinations of the Magisterion, three
powerful liches of death magic. With the help of the spirit of Pryla'ka, a Tsol'dasi
Priestess of Life unseen since her death in the Death's Heart
Saga over two centuries before, Achaeans were able to thwart the
Magisterion and return the balance of life and death to the world once more.
