7.23.3 Furniture Commands

Commands for purchasing furniture

(can only be issued in the furniture showroom)
BUY FURNITURE SELECT - purchase the item. You'll have it in your
possession if the purchase succeeds.
REMEMBER - reminds you what your order looks like.
REQUEST <type> [<opt> ... ] - start off picking stool, table, whatever,
with opt being any other options from any
list, such as material, style, etc.
REQUEST CANCEL - clears your order completely.
SPECIFY <category> <opt> - add detail to your order by specifying
materials, coverings, linings, etc, as in
SPECIFY COVERING LINEN or SPECIFY HEIGHT TALL
UNSPECIFY <category> - takes away one of your specifications.
Commands for interacting with furniture

SIT ON <furniture item> - if it's the sort of thing you can sit on!
SIT <furniture item>
LIE ON <furniture item) - if it's the sort of thing you can lie on!
SAY TO SEATED <text> - directs your words to everybody sitting on the
same piece of furniture as you. Others in the
room will not hear this, but eavesdroppers and
other listeners will.
LOOK IN <furniture container>
PUT <item> IN <furniture container>
OPEN <furniture container>
CLOSE <furniture container>
GET <item> FROM <furniture item>
PUT <item> ON <furniture item>
LOOK AT <furniture item>
LOOK <furniture item>
EXAMINE <furniture item>
PROBE <furniture item>
