Furniture pricing depends on nearly every option of the piece. The base price
of a piece of furniture is taken from its type (chair, stool, chest, etc) and
then modified for size, material, and other options. All prices below are in
gold.
The one exception to this is beds. Beds have a flat price in credits - 475.

* All of these items are limited to cotton, wool, linen, leather,

The cheapest of these materials is the generic 'fabric' which gives
+30% to price. This is an exception to the general rule that items
have wood as their material if nothing is specified.
