8.9 Head of Newcomers

The Leader of each House appoints a Head of Newcomers to induct, aide,
educate, and interview new House members. The Head of Newcomers, for most
Houses, is both teacher and disciplinarian. He or she may appoint any number
of trusted Aides to assist in his or her duties.
