6.12.3 Digging and Burying
You can BURY items and DIG for items in many places across Aetolia.
BURY
----
To bury, get a shovel. Some guilds have special powers that allow
digging as well, such as Gopher morph for Metamorphosis users.. Make
sure that you have the item (or gold) you want to bury in your
inventory, then
BURY <item/GOLD>
There is always a chance you will break your shovel, if using one. And
you can't bury things just anywhere. Use common sense. Or try it and
see.
BURY MYSELF
If you're daring enough, burying yourself may or may not bestow the gift
of Undeath upon you. See HELP BECOMINGUNDEAD for more information.
DIG

If you can bury something, you can dig it up. Just like with burying,
you'll need a shovel or a special power permitting you to dig. Then
just:
DIG
That's it! If something is buried in that location, you'll probably find
it and it will be there on the ground for you to pick up.
