12.10.5 The Beaches of Liris
The scenic and exotic beaches of Liris can be found branching east of
the Ashtanite shores that border the Bay of Balaton.
Rumoured to house many rarer seafaring creatures, Liris is a favored
area for tourism and research by the resident Grook scholars, including
a delicate pacifist and a rotund chef.
Whether legend or fact is left to the imaginations and speculations of
outsiders, though it is also said that the beaches are inhabited by a
monstrous crustacean that claims dominion over the beaches and their
animalistic inhabitants with an iron claw.
