12.14.13 A Mercenary Encampment
An encampment of Tanari and Muamrite, this group is the perfect helpmate
to the aims of the priests in the Temple at Menanon. Primarily a group
of mercenaries and thugs, they are thieves and criminals and this is
just a job to them. They are in it for the money. They have set up camp
outside the Khandava Council, hidden within the forest to conduct their
illegal activities. While the connection between the two groups may not
be obvious, one should be wary of trusting anything said or done by this
group of hardened men and women.
