Viannos, the spectral grocer busies himself with gathering what few living
things there are that can survive in the underworld and selling/eating them. He
will give you a ladder with which you can attempt to find and pick
pomegranates. If you get to an area that has them, drop the ladder and GET
POMEGRANATE to complete the quest. It should be noted that finding them is not
easy.
