permanent. Not refundable.

Concealment Stake (50 credits)
  - Allows owner to conceal any exit in the room.
  - One use, but room permanently able to have exits concealed.
  - To use, DRIVE STAKE.
  - MANSE HIDE EXIT <dir> - hides exit in room with stake
  - MANSE REVEAL EXIT <dir> - reveals exits in room with stake

Privacy Gem (100 credits)
  - Turns a room private
  - One use, then disappears
  - Use ACTIVATE GEM

Willpower Gem (100 credits)
  - Turns a room to a Willpower Regeneration Room
  - One use, then disappears
  - Use ACTIVATE <gem>

Stasis Gem (50 credits)
  - Prevents all furniture in the room from decaying
  - One use, then disappears
  - Use ACTIVATE <gem>

Endurance Gem (100 credits)
  - Turns a room to an Endurance Regeneration Room
  - One use, then disappears
  - Use ACTIVATE <gem>

Miniature of Billowing Winds (50 credits)
  - Turns room to an outdoor room
  - One use, then disappears
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Miniature of Vibrant Tree (50 credits)
  - Turns room to a room with trees
  - One use, then disappears
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Forge Miniature (500 credits)
  - Turns into a full-size forge permanently in a room
  - One use, then disappears
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Oven Miniature (500 credits)
  - Turns into a full-size oven permanently in a room
  - One use only
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Tailor's Bench Miniature (500 credits) 
  - Turns into a full-size tailor's bench permanently in a room
  - One use only
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Jeweler's Bench Miniature (500 credits) 
  - Turns into a full-size jeweler's bench permanently in a room
  - One use only
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Printing Press Miniature (500 credits)
  - Turns into a bookbinder's printing press permanently in one room
  - One use only
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Alembic Miniature (500 credits)
  - Turns into an alchemist's alembic permanently in one room
  - One use only
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Pentagram Miniature (500 credits)
  - Turns into an enchanter's pentagram permanently in one room
  - One use only
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Astrolabe Miniature (200 credits)
  - Turns into an astrolabe usable by any astrologer
  - One use only
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Newsroom Miniature (300 credits)
  - Creates a newsroom (can only be used when docked). 
  - One use only.
  - Use ACTIVATE MINIATURE.

Post-office Miniature (300 credits)
  - Creates a post-office (can only be used when docked). 
  - One use only.
  - Use ACTIVATE MINIATURE.

Magic Fountain Miniature (250 credits)
  - Turns into a magic fountain.
  - Every month, the fountain produces a different type of liquid, enough 
    to fill up to 5 vials. Could be a potion or poison or alcoholic 
    beverage!
  - One use only.
  - Use ACTIVATE MINIATURE.
  - Once activated, the syntax is: FILL VIAL FROM FOUNTAIN

Yellow Orb (100 credits)
  - Creates continual daylight in the room.
  - One use only.
  - Cannot be used in same room as a black orb.
  - Use ACTIVATE MINIATURE.

Black Orb (100 credits)
  - Creates continual darkness in the room.
  - One use only.
  - Cannot be used in same room as a yellow orb.
  - Use ACTIVATE MINIATURE.

Marble Archway Miniature (500 Credits)
  - Create up to 10 ambiances which are messages that fire throughout 
    the manse.
  - Use ARCHWAY verb to setup the ambiance.
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Chessboard (150 credits)
  - Turns into a chessboard.
  - One use only.
  - Use ACTIVATE CHESSBOARD

Bombard! Board (150 credits)
  - Turns into a bombard! board. 
  - One use only
  - Use ACTIVATE BOMBARD

Aether Seeds (250 credits)
  - Turns into a flower garden.
  - One use only.
  - Use PLANT SEEDS
  - To pick a flower, GET <flower> FROM GARDEN

Manse Safe (250 credits)
  - Turns into a permanent safe.
  - Can hold 200 items and decay time of items inside is at half.
  - One use only.
  - Use ACTIVATE SAFE
  - Set permissions using the SAFE verb to lock/unlock the safe.
    *NOTE: When first activated, anyone may lock/unlock the safe, so make 
           sure to set permissions immediately upon activation.

Shop (750 credits)
  - Can ONLY be used at the fulcrux room.
  - This will create a room DOWN connected with a reinforced door (no 
    key, you use permissions).
  - This will set the fulcrux as a shop and the new room as the storeroom.
  - Shop has a max storage capacity of 250 items.
  - Purchase from the manse shop, then ACTIVATE SHOP while in your 
    fulcrux.

Bubble of Intrinsic Spaciousness (200 credits)
  - MUST HAVE A MANSE SHOP
  - Increases storage capacity by 250 items.
  - Stackable up to a 1000 item storage capacity.
  - BREAK BUBBLE in stockroom to use.

Stable (350 credits)
  - Turns a manse room into a stable
  - One use only.
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Tattoo Workbench Miniature (500 credits)
  - Turns into a tattoo workbench permanently in one room
  - One use only
  - Use ACTIVATE <miniature>

Stage (500 credits)
  - This will create a stage where you can direct productions.
  - Can also be used for psychodrama challenges.
