New command: TIMEOUT. Using this command (type it on its own for the
syntax) will allow you to set how long the game will let you stay
connected without typing anything, in minutes. I suggest you
_all_ use this command, as there is no excuse at all for being afk now.

Also, there are some new help files in (just type help on its own to see
a list of help files).
