Greetings Sapience,

Along with the normal slew of bug slaying, another small item from the
list for the benefit of cities has just been added.

Each city will now maintain a TRADELOG that city officials and members
of the trade, treasury and stewards ministries can use to track the
stock levels of the city's commodity shops.

This log will track the buy and selling of commodities at the city's
commodity shop as well as the work of members of the trade ministry such
as the raising or lowering of commodity prices and changing the reserve.
Work by members of the ministry of development in the city subdivsion
that consumes commodities will also be tracked by the city's TRADELOG.

Of a small sidenote, we have found and eradicated the small bug in the
code that caused all sigils in containers to decay with the container
instead of just the 'attached' sigils decaying.

If you find any bugs with these changes, please file a BUG report with
as much detail as possible.
