We've just loaded live a small change to how housing relocations work.

As of now, you will be able to relocate your subdivision house within the same subdivision, as well as to another city's subdivision. The one caveat here is that you can't be an enemy of the destination City.

Costs for housing relocation have also been simplified. Once a permit has been purchased, the actual relocation will incur a 100 bcr fee. If you are moving to a different subdivision, there will be an additional 100 bcr fee. If your subdivision house contains an artifact bed, there will also be a further 100 bcr fee added.

This means that with permit in hand, to move your house in Cyrene with an artifact bed to Hashan, it will cost a total of 300 bcr. However, to move your house from Eleusis to Ashtan with no artifact bed, the charge is only 200 bcr.
