PayPal and Iron Elite

Just a quick note to let you know that we discovered a problem with the way PayPal has been handling new Iron Elite subscriptions for the past few months.

If you've subscribed lately, you would have found that your membership wasn't automatically renewing, and you would have to manually resubscribe. We've got this all fixed up this morning, so if you're a PayPal Iron Elite customer, please take the time to log in to your account and check that you do have a listing for Achaea on your "Preapproved Payments" page.

If you don't, then you were one of the people affected by this. So firstly, sorry for that! Secondly, here's how you can fix it:

**** IMPORTANT POINT ****
* If you have an active membership currently, please hold off on doing this until your Iron Elite membership expires in-game. Don't worry, you won't lose any cumulative benefits as long as you resubscribe within 30 days of the expiry.
**** IMPORTANT POINT ****

* Assuming your Iron Elite is not active in game (See your CREDIT REPORT), simply resubscribe at http://www.Achaea.com/credits and you'll be back to normal.

We apologise again for any inconvenience caused by this, but now that it is fixed, you should have trouble-free adventuring from here on out.
