* The HARMONY vibration can now be TUNEd to either HEALING or RESTORATION. This will cause the vibration to cure either affs or health/mana (its current affect) on its tick.

Chivalry
--------
* You can now ENGAGE directly following a rune SKETCH.

Dragoncraft
-----------
* Off balance ILLUSION now incurs a far longer equilibrium cost. While I do like the counterplay vs automation illusions offer, after reviewing the uses of this over the last few months, its become pretty evident that its more a nuisanse than anything. This also applies to SUBTERFUGE ILLUSION.
* INCANTATION has been slightly sped up.
* Slightly raised the scaling portion of DEVOUR per damaged limb.

Elementalism
------------
* Passing through a FIREWALL while having more than two stacks of the BURNING affliction shall cause a person to be afflicted with CONFLAGRATION.

Formulation
-----------
* Each time you slay someone under the MAYOLOGY status, the timer before it expires shall be extended.

Kaido
-----
* BANISH has been removed from the skill.
* SURGE has been added to the skill.

Necromancy
----------
* SOULCAGE will now be bypassed by someone who has a contract on the target issued by either the Quisalis or Ivory Mark.

Occultism
---------
* TRANSMOGRIFY will now be bypassed by someone who has a contract on the target issued by either the Quisalis or Ivory Mark.

Remedies
--------
* BOILING no longer requires you to drop your pot and can be performed from the inventory. Dropping the pot still works.

Shindo
------
* MEDITATE has had its cooldown reduced from 2 minutes to 45 seconds.

Spiritlore
----------
* Raised the physical mitigation offered by attuning GARON.

Twoarts
-------
* Significantly reduced the fail rate of INFUSIONS.

Toxicology
----------
* BOILING no longer requires you to drop your pot and can be performed from the inventory. Dropping the pot still works.
