After seeing how a few things are playing out in practice and receiving some feedback, we've made a few more avatar changes. Here are the details:
- Avatars now have inate waterwalking.
- Avatars can no longer touch starburst.
- Avatars can no longer phase, astralform, or blackwind.
- You can no longer mindlock someone if they're SUBVERTing or GATHERing essence while you're not in their room.
- The PRISM tattoo delay is now doubled when prisming to someone GATHERing or SUBVERTing essence. This -does- stack with the extension from a monolith sigil.
