* PREEMPT has had its chance to knock off balance reduced fairly significantly.

Shadowmancy

* Fixed an issue with CULL damage being too high. More a bug, but of particular note.
* You can now SHADOW UNATTUNE to cancel SHADOW ATTUNE. This only works on people you yourself have attuned.
