* PREEMPT now applies a ten second cooldown on fading during which time the person may not have preempt reapplied by anyone.

Shadowmancy
-----------
* DISPERSE will now be disabled while the Depthswalker is under the effect of a star sigil.

Terminus
--------
* LITANY now respects elevation - you cannot litany people who are on the ground while you are flying.
