Unforgiven

You wear a great mask
Of honour and loyalty
Bearing your heart
Only when it suits

I asked of you a heart
An undying devotion
Your promises sweet
But lies beneath.

You expect forgiveness
From a simple apology
But you continue
To follow your pants.

I hoped that you would change
But your mind is diseased
As is your heart
I am certain your pants are too.

Penned by my hand on the 8th of Valnuary, in the year 619 AF.
