Theft

I evade to approach, hoping she's wealty,
I am the wind, shrouded, hidden, even stealty.

I delve into her mind, and marvel at her ferocity
I plant my suggestions, mesmorise, generosity.

I rase my fingers and snap,
Is it too easy ? a set up? a trap?

A sudden tug, what the foozle, My inventory lightens?
I gape in awe, as her visage brightens.

My heart starts to pound faster and faster,
Of all of the beauties this one's a disaster.

Back and forth gold changes hands as we each fiercely pickpocket,
A diamond ring as well as an old family locket.

I needed a way out, a sudden distraction.
I had a bold thought and lept into action.

In considering the results I had been remiss,
My distracting idea was to plant a passionate kiss.

I was a marksman, got her right on the lips.
but she uncoiled her whip with a grin and a hiss.

The ensuing battle was little more than a blur
with her biting me and me biting her!

She finally slipped out, I frozen in perpetual shiver,
I only just missed with a voyria arrow from my quiver.

I'm not sure if love is the realm of Selene or Lady Pandora.
Do you think she might rob me again, if I carry nine amphora?

So now I keep searching on lists labeled who,
leave my gold out, I'm generous too!
Do mention me please, when she steals from you.

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Miraman, in the year 640 AF.
