I am falling fast,
a leaf in the rising wind.
Blowing me away.

A petal ages,
curling and burning quickly,
beautiful no more.

I am so cold here,
without a flame or passion,
empty and devoid.

Death is coming now,
I feel his clutch gripping me.
Where am I to go?

I am unbowing,
I am invulnerable.
I am strong but weak.

My form gives me up,
but my spirit will endure.
Am I truly gone?

I will survive it,
I will shun the world away.
Their thoughts mean nothing.

I find my purpose,
the seed I protect guides me.
To make life anew.

Steady breathing flows,
presence of the newborn son.
Lead the new people.

Penned by my hand on the 10th of Lupar, in the year 647 AF.
