Such is strength

Welcome to Sapience, young Oathsworn
You speak of your strengths
Shall I speak mine?

What is strength is of His path
Where progress through pain and zealous wrath
Is known to you as Evil.. because.

Rotting away, to live in ignorance
That is not strength, to live in a box
Believing salvation is fighting for Good.

Creatures we, pink fleshy things
Are weak by nature, emotion-led.
Is it evil to change this life?

See it my way: life is a struggle.
To win the test, you must advance
To be the best amongst the rest.

So silence the voice that calls for relax
Then suffer torment that molds the flesh
And steels the mind and nourishes the soul.

Cast away these societal laws
Embrace the chains that promise truth.
Serve with purpose, Lord Sartan guide.

Penned by my hand on the 17th of Aeguary, in the year 655 AF.
