Darkness ends

Written by: Druid Athelas

At the edge of abyss,
friends you can't dismiss,
stand witness,
to your greatness.

Dragging you screaming,
away from pain and bleeding.
Towards your future gleaming,
even though you're still kneeling.

In this fire you burn,
a forge of concern,
each lessons you learn,
helps you grow stern.

Eventually breathing,
once more you're seeing,
the friendships their brining,
that help you with healing.

Thank you my friends,
you stood my defence,
this life I commence.
My darkness ... ends.

Penned by my hand on the 17th of Sarapin, in the year 685 AF.
