Moonlit Dreams
==============
An homage to the Ladies of Night - in Dreams and Moonlight

Through the night, I wandered through
the dank Meropian caves
Rapier at the ready as
glass spiders came in waves

I hacked my way with song and sword
through warriors and mages
and danced and sang and played my skits
on all the cities' stages

Sometimes I walked the paths alone
Sometimes I walked with friends
At times I was aggressor,
at other times defense

I held a child. My teeth fell out.
I led a lion a merry chase
I bent my knee at Lord Thoth's throne
And walked within star's grace

And through it all, your touch was there
No matter how far I roamed
to keep me from wandering too far from the light
and gently guide me home.

Penned by my hand on the 8th of Scarlatan, in the year 695 AF.
