Public News Post #19049

A Short Response

Preface: I choose to ignore public post 19048, because it's more fun to
reply to 19047.

Beya, I have never had an issue with you, but some of your statements
are terribly false. Misleading, even! To think that our Institu...
Academie of Fine Arts would practice such oudated and false things is a
travesty, and one that I fully intend to set right with this post.

First, political letters in couplets? What is this, 450? Everyone knows
that political missives are composed in limerick format. Get with the
times! Next, we write about much more than snow. Ice, cocoa, rain, other
various aspects of Cyrene's climate are all part of our inspriational
pool. And yes, rain means the sad poems are happening. Don't be scared
of them, they don't bite.

Thirdly, I do not think the many jesters that asked if we would someday
accept the class only asked to try and make inroads into Cyrene's
performance population. Of course, they may have only wanted access to
our bar. That's probably why Kuntar's still with us, now that I think
about it. But, I choose to believe they wanted to work with the proven
teachers and students of "serious" Art due to the fact that the broad
strokes are far less interesting than the minute details. Sure, that
moose may be eating mousse with a mouse and a Muse, but what sort of
moose, mousse, mouse, and Muse? What colours are their hair and eyes?
How are they sitting, what are they eating the mousse with? These are
the important questions! And yes, we answer them with each bit of
writing or dance or song. If you make sure to note that it's a moose
from the Eastern Ithmia, vanilla mousse, a brown field mouse, and the
Muse that holds sway over alliteration, does the tale not become that
much more effective?

Finally, my deepest thanks for bringing us to the attention of the
world's jesterly population. After all, why would they not want to join
the side that was victorious at our little Art War?

In Song, and fully awaiting a reply,
Koradhil Ranahiir
