Acrolo,

I'm familiar with the book to which you refer, and I believe it is
correctly titled 'How to Serve Tsol'aa'. Admittedly I only skimmed over
it the first time I came across it, but the gist of the tome itself
seems to resolve around how to actual Serve Tsol'aa who are dinner
guests in the halls of Moghedu.

Tsol'aa, being the first of the races of Achaea, are a proud race, and
in the past it seems as though the regular mutton stew served to the
crews and guards offended them when offered. I'm certain the cook was
simply provided the book in efforts to build better relations with the
noble and ancient Tsol'aa, that they may feel welcome within the dining
hall of Moghedu.

Moghedu has a reputation of welcoming all who do not stir up trouble or
cause the harm of its inhabitants, same as many communities spread
across Sapience.
