If I understand this missive correctly, it states that those who are not allies of the followers of the Bloodsworn are now no longer considered innocent by your standards. Does this mean that Lord Deucalion has retracted His statement in His fourth commandment that "The innocent are not necessarily simply those who support the Church"?
