In an ever shifting political landscape, and in accordance to the Crown's history of cherishing cultural diversity, citizens of Eleusis, Mhaldor, and Targossas in good standing with Hashan shall be allowed the privilege of admittance into its sovereign borders under escort.

This caveat attached to the reopening of our city to these three city-states is a regrettable necessity. While the Crown desires cultural and economic exchange for the benefit of both sides, these city-states yet oppose the Crown for varying reasons. Thus, for the safety and security of the people of Hashan, it must be imposed. It is our hope that one day these measure will no longer be necessary.

It will be up to the good pleasure of the Hashani people whether to grant any individual escort within the city, and your escort shall bear responsibility for you while within our walls. It is our hope that for those wishing to visit the Crown, that relationships will be built which will encourage the relaxation of this program with our fellow city-states.
