Hail,

The Crafters' Fair will begin in a mere 22 days from now at the convention grounds of the Asterian Restoration, upon Meropis's Asterian Peninsula.

A magical portal will be enchanted into existence at the bridge leading to Delos, through which you will arrive at the entrance of the estate. After a few days, the portal will collapse, in which case you should follow the blue and gold streamers from Rageteeth Beach to the estate. Serpents will be able to use the wormhole at the windy peak above Rageteeth Beach for faster access.

If you cannot be present for the opening of the fair, fret not. The carts will remain at the location for seven months and will be constantly restocked for as long as the designers provide wares, so all will have a chance at purchasing items. We will not, however, hold items in reserve and some items are unique.

Restock times will be every half a day on the day of the fair itself, and twice or thrice a month for the following months. Any remaining pieces after the carts collapse will be gathered and placed in a final cart at Delos, but this cart will not be restocked, so that will be your last chance.

The 'Mystery Box' Cooking Challenge

As visitors to the fair, if you are present for the show or the cooking challenge, you will be able to vote to decide the winner. All submissions will be anonymous and we will guide you how to vote on the day itself. However, all participants will enjoy some time in the spotlight to showcase their creativity, which is the main purpose of the fair.

Crafters, if you wish to provide some additional stock for restocking purposes, you are still welcome to do so and I urge those who have not yet submitted their creations to myself to do so posthaste. Additionally, if you wish for all your proceeds to be donated to the Asterian Restoration, do inform myself or we will deliver the proceeds after the carts collapse.

We will accept volunteers to assist with counting votes or acting as models for the fashion show. Names should be sent to myself.
