I, Druid Athelas, hereby make it public knowledge, that during a ceremony held in the Central hall at Eleusis on 10 Glacian, 691 A.F. I assumed the family name: Na'Oak

No record of my bloodline remains, so I claim this as my own, and start a new bloodline from this day forward.

Further, during an extension of this ceremony, I adopted Estiana as my child. Granting her full rights of blood relative, without reservation of any kind.

As of the completion of this ceremony, Estiana is my daughter and I assume the role of her father, taking upon myself all responsibilities associated with that.
