For centuries, the Isle of Delos has sat, content in not having any sort of rule or influence since that joke of a Church left. Adventurer shopkeepers grow lazy, either not paying their taxes or offering repulsive and silly wares. You even allow Vinci to do shoddy work at a premium with no complaints.

Since you allow Delos to grow stale, I am taking it upon myself to bring the isle to more prominence, led by the most qualified individual possible - me.

For my first act of business, I am raising the shop taxes. Additionally, since The Carnivalis Institute of Jestering did not wish to pay us to operate their Duckie Wheel, it is now closed until further notice for "repairs". The two idiot workers at the Wheel have been moved by my employees to an undisclosed location until I choose otherwise.
