Well met from the city of Cyrene. As Minister of War it is my duty to inform you all of Cyrene's policy on the Dauntless.

As it stands, citizens of Cyrene are welcome to become Dauntless after having proved themselves capable at the hands of their peers. Knowing that this marks them as a prime target for combat, and given the peaceful nature of Cyrene, they will be informed that any proclaimed challenge shall be accepted so that harm is not brought to the citizens of Cyrene on their behalf. Should any Dauntless of Cyrene refuse to accept a challenge, they will be asked to leave the city proper for a minimum of one day. Where they go and what they do is not Cyrene's concern.

As for non-citizens: Any person found to enter Cyrene to intiate conflict will be enemied without question as per the guidelines of Cyrenian Law. They will be met with the full force of the Cyrenian Army as is fitting for a city enemy. If you feel as if you have been taunted by a Cyrenian Dauntless or have challenged one to no avail, please inform a Cyrenian official.

The Muurn River Valley will not count as Cyrene or be defended by Cyrene or the Cyrenian Army in the case of a sanctioned Dauntless duel, likewise any Cyrenian Dauntless is obviously fair game outside the city limits and no harassment charge may be filed against those who will go after them as far as the city is concerned.
