What you seem to neglect and ignore is that this is a world-wide defence against an invading force. We've all been threatened and this foreign threat is one that we all must rise up against. We are simply working to save OUR world. This means that we all must band together and work together towards a common goal.

When forces martial against the combined might of the majority of the world, they are in fact assisting our larger enemy, whether they wish to admit it or not and whether that is their intention or not.

It's not too late for anyone to join the common cause and support our Coalition. It's not too late for Sapience.
