It has come to the attention of the Tyrannus that non-Mhaldorians are bearing Mhaldorian surnames. Ignorance of the origins of these bloodlines shall not be tolerated. It was the Master of this land, Lord Sartan that created the three original bloodlines of Mhaldor: Lichlord, Defaron, and Dractotalus. These three families have been a of source of Mhaldorian culture for centuries.

Non-Mhaldorians have seen it fit to bestow themselves upon these surnames without knowing of its meaning and origins.

The following family names are Mhaldorian Culture, blessed by Lord Sartan, the Malevolent:
Lichlord
Defaron
Dractotalus
Aristata
Nithilar

By decree of the Tyrannus the following is now in immediate effect:
-Any non-Mhaldorian bearing a Mhaldorian surname will be given the opportunity to embrace the Culture or be hunted until the name has been surrounded.
- The populace of Mhaldor will here by support its families in their campaign against those who bear Mhaldorian surnames, refusing to give them up.
-The holder of a Mhaldorian surname is to be a Mhaldorian citizen, no exceptions.
