Subj: Tweaks and Changes
Devotion

- Re-enabled rites for use at foci areas.
* Warding still cannot be placed however.
* We will be keeping both Crystalism and Groves unavailable at
foci for now.
Hypnosis
========================
- New Trans Skill: Ethergaze.
- Lowered Hypochondria down the skillset.
Righteousness
========================
- Lowered the damage on the Purity aura slightly.
Spirituality
========================
- Removed the Sap proc from Angel Battle when your opponent already
has the affliction.
Tarot
========================
- Aeon tarot increased to 3.5 second balance time, up from 3.
- Justice now only dishes back half of the damage you deal, down
from two-thirds.
Woodlore
========================
- Traps are now removed completely once the trap user logs off.
* Just a note, I've killed all the traps in the game to begin
with a clean slate.
- Traps can no longer be laid while phased.
- Laying traps is now an aggressive action.
Miscellaneous
========================
- Hypochondria no longer throws out fake affliction lines, however
the diagnose muddling still remains.
- Hypochondria is no longer marked as hidden, except from Bedazzle.
