Various changes

* Hunting Ground items now reset to the HG on holder's death.
- Upon dying, the holder is barred from entering the HG for an hour.

* You will automatically relinquish a HG item upon entering a Haven, or leaving the game.

* HG items will reset after five minutes should they find themselves somewhere that isn't a player inventory.

* Shade will no longer prevent an Eld from attacking you, should you be attacking it.

* Elds no longer generate points for the Great Hunt.

* Starburst now has a two minute cooldown.

* The effect of one's skillrank in the various weapon-using skills (e.g. Battlefury, Savagery) now has a far lessened effect on the balance cost and damage of an attack. The top-level hasn't changed, but the bottom-level has been raised to greatly reduce the spread.

* Mobs will respawn 50% faster during a Great Hunt.
