Hello everyone!

As many of you will have noticed, various forms of troops have been
arriving at the cities around the continent - this is in preparation for
the general release of a territory control mechanic tied in with the
Juxa Steelhew war. Think of it as a chance to read up on the helpfile
and get familiar with the troops before they're expected to be put to
use.

Currently the military controller is disabled, so the troops will
respond to orders but they won't actually execute their turns - this is
because of some holdups on our end and shouldn't last more than a day
before combat can be started.

HELP TERRITORY contains a rundown of the way the troops are going to
