Howdy folks!

Here's a couple of updates related to the Great Hunt.

1) The tiers have been changed and are now as follows:
Tier 1: Levels 1 to 49
Tier 2: Levels 50 to 98
Tier 3: Levels 99+

2) The elementals you summon with the globes of elemental energy will
now only grant 1 point during the Great Hunt.
