Hey folks,

In preparation for the upcoming capture-the-flag event, I've turned the
game on so you can all jump in at your leisure, learn the area and
figure out how the event works. The map has been changed substantially
since the last time the event was run! The Ashtan base has been removed,
and a lot of the map has changed to compensate for that fact. Read HELP
CTF for more information.

We've also changed how the scoring for the event works in response to
some common feedback:
* Instead of everybody on the winning cities getting first/second/third
place points, the city as a whole will get the points instead.
* You'll still get 1 point for joining the event.
* You'll gain an extra 1 point if you personally capture a flag. (max 1)

So the maximum points an individual can get from the event is now 2.
