Class System Revamp

I've just pushed live a complete, comprehensive rework of everything
about Aetolia's class and skill code. This project represents more than
two months of diligent work and well in excess of 47,000 lines of code
modified. There will inevitably be hiccups to work through, but this
change is absolutely monumental in its scope and general improvement of
our code maintenance.

- You no longer need to be a member of the class's guild in order to
apprentice others in it. However, apprentices of masters outside the
guild will need to pay either 40 credits or 250 lessons to secure the
class. Other requirements remain the same.
- The Magi, Paladin, Infernal and Priest classes have been removed with
full refunds. Please message Oleis with any class-specific artifact
refunds.
- Anyone who still held the old, pre-revamp Druid, Teradrim and Sentinel
classes has been updated to the new skills. This previously only
happened at login.
- The above two points enabled a significant amount of code pruning to
keep our codebase leaner and more manageable. However, there may be
features missing that were being held over from old files and classes.
Please be sure to report this!
- The TEACH and STUDY commands have been removed.
- The Ascendril and Sciomancer master crystals have been moved outside
the guildhall to the main entrance. Only guild members and sanctioned
apprentices may refine from them. HEW has been added to Crystalism to
offer non-sanctioned Mages an avenue for refining crystals. See AB for
details.

Please BUG anything that concerns you or ISSUE yourself if you're
experiencing a game-breaking bug. Before you do either, however, please
take a moment to read through these Announce posts and consider what
could be going wrong. It can be very tempting to attribute every strange
behavior to a recent code change! But we're here to help you out if
you're stumped. The following two posts will outline the changes we've
made to Guild Sanctioning and ENORMOUS changes to Vampires.
