Bug fixes

Animation
---------
* Fixed incorrect number of clay sometimes being used up when animating a golem.
* Golems once more disappear when you log out.
* It's no longer possible to create a new golem while your current one is still alive.

Battlefury
----------
* Tempest no longer ends prematurely if all enemies have rebounding.

Dhuriv
------
* Resting actually works now.

Elemancy
--------
* Flooding a room with a lot of items in it (e.g. a stockroom) will no longer cause untrapped errors.

First Aid
---------
* Will no longer attempt to OUTC things if you are unable to.
* You can now always utilize the FIRSTAID command, even if dead/asleep/whatever. It will also no longer do things like interrupt channeled activities, or be affected by aeon.
* Firstaid will also now attempt to fill a pipe/syringe if you're afflicted and don't have the corresponding cure in a pipe/syringe.

Hematurgy
---------
* Fixed the umbrage affliction sometimes not fading.

Misc
----
* Fixed Compendium Teleport not working for some areas.
* You can no longer use inline limb targeting if you don't actually have the 'targeting' skill.
* Fixed everybody having waterwalk.
* Fixed a rare bug that would sometimes make someone immune to firewalls or thornwalls.
* Trading in an artifact keyring will now put its keys in your inventory instead of deleting them all.

Savagery
--------
* Fixed Greatmaul's mastery working in reverse. It was giving normal effect to people who had the mastery, and mastery effect to those that didn't.

Terramancy
----------
* Fixed Major runemarks only costing one ink, instead of two.
