In order to make things a bit more simple, we've removed the
magic_impaired affliction and combined it's effects into weariness.
We'll keep a close eye on this change as it matures.

Changes are as below:
- Removed magic_impaired affliction from having any effect.
- Weariness now reduces magical sourced damage by 50%.*
- Weariness reduces all other sources by 30%.*
- Weariness has no effect on damage that has no stat modifier.
- Colocasia is a blank venom at this time, it's not a part of loki or
otherwise.
- Weariness no longer increases endurance loss.

*Note: these are the same values as before.
