Racial Heritage

We've never really been happy with the way our normal races get kind of shoved aside once you hit endgame, and to that end we're releasing a new system to help give some purpose to these races: Heritage!

When you become a Tekal, the race you were as you ascend will now be set as your 'heritage'. This confers a few features:
- Your description will indicate your heritage, i.e. He is a stalwart Tekal of Dwarf heritage blah blah blah.
- You retain access to all the racial skills and language your heritage race has.
- All races now have one new race skill each, obtained at level 100.

Those of you that are already endgame can use HERITAGE CHOOSE <race> to select your racial heritage. This can only be done once, and you cannot change it with reincarnation and so on, so choose wisely!

Here's the list of all the new racial skills obtained at level 100:

Atavian
-------
Traverse: While flying, you can TRAVERSE <target> to teleport you to anybody in the same area outdoors as you.

Dwarf
-----
Masterwork: You can specify a single weapon as your 'masterwork'. You can only have a single masterwork in existence at one time and it must have been forged by you. A masterwork weapon can be recalled at will by its creator, gains an extra 50% days to its decay time, and gains +3 to all its stats. Use MASTERWORK BESTOW <weapon> to specify your masterwork and MASTERWORK RECALL to return it to you.

Grecht
------
Skyborn: You cannot be pulled down from the skies by a tentacle tattoo. This is a passive ability that goes on cooldown for ten minutes once it defends you, leaving you vunerable to tentacles in that time. Additionally, Skyborn prevents you from being moved by strong winds while flying.

Grook
-----
Trance: This is a two second channeled skill with the TRANCE command that will completely restore your health, mana, endurance and willpower. Can only be used once per howling.

Horkval
-------
Hivemind: While in the same room as another mutually allied Horkval, you will gain an extra 5% to your max health and max mana.

Human
-----
Adaptability: Once per Aetolian year, you can ADAPT <stat> to give yourself +1 to that stat until you choose to change it.

Imp
---
Misdirect: By using MISDIRECT <direction>, you can leave a room without the direction you left in being seen. Normal movement restrictions apply, and it consumes balance on use.

Kelki
-----
Water's Gift: Once per Howling, you can BOOST MANA to gain an additionial 8% of your max mana to your passive mana regeneration rate for 2 minutes.

Mhun
----
Ancestor's Faith: Once per Aetolian year, you may PRAY TO SPIRITS while in an underground environment to receive a two day blessing from the enigmatic spirits of your people.

Rajamala
--------
Junglewalk: You have unlimited movespeed in jungle environment. Additionally, you will gain +2 move speed in forest environments.

Troll
-----
Troll's Blood: Once per Howling, you can BOOST HEALTH to gain an additional 8% of your max health to your passive health regeneration for 2 minutes.

Tsol'aa
-------
Forestwalk: When walking around in tree environments (forest, jungle etc) your movement will be automatically stealthed.

Xoran
-----
Fireblast: You can FIREBLAST <target> to shoot fire at a target in line-of-sight from you that deals damage and sets them ablaze.
