Hey folks,

I've just gone and converted a ton of our defences into the defence database, which means they'll show up with affliction_view messages when you obtain/lose them, and can be viewed under DEFENCES LIST. This will also affect how the defences are displayed in defence-stripping abilities, as they will show their database name now.

If you had one of these listed defences up, you will need to reapply it.

Also fixed these two bugs:
- Cloaks/Veils no longer work while someone is using deliverance.
- Turning a Manipulation modification on will now consume the same amount of ylem as it costs on the Howling upkeep.
