Ylem Mines

Ylem mines are here! The cities of Sapience (and their intrepid researchers hailing from Delve) have done some digging of their own and undergone a venture to harvest crystallized ylem forming deep below the surrounding territories as a byproduct of their pylons.

Ylem mines are a solo daily instance that only you can participate in. By speaking to your mine's overseer or foreman, you can undertake a randomized quest in the mines for the day to gain experience, gold, and ylem for your city. These quests can only be completed once per Howling!

To begin, seek out the entrance to your city's mine at one of these locations, speak to the Overseer/Foreman and then ENTER MINE:

Room# 58576: Spinesreach -- Radial Dig Shaft #15 (alas, digs #1-14 suffered collapses and are lost to you!)
Room# 58759: Duiran -- the Myesian Run
Room# 26522: Bloodloch -- the Difohr Passage
Room# 58349: Enorian -- the Cinderbreach Mines

You may also simply PATH FIND MINES to get there!

Adventurers beware: new hostile eld, attracted to the ylem deposits, have been shown up in the mine. The difficulty of these eld will scale to your own level and they can cause quite a bit of havoc.

In addition to this, a new sickness will affect those who linger too long within the mines. Ylem sickness will begin to affect you after more than an hours time spent within the mines each month. The symptoms will progress as you spend more time in the mines and eventually result in a most horrible death. Of course, this is all in the name of progress!

Penned by my hand on the 11th of Slyphian, in the year 448 MA.
