Weeks and calendars!

Hey folks,

We've heard your complaints about how the new time system can be a little confusing sometimes, and we've taken a couple of steps to help alleviate the pain there.

Firstly, if you haven't been following public posts, we've released weeks/weekdays in Aetolia. The Aetolian week is six Aetolian days long, and since each Aetolian day is four hours in real life, that means one Aetolian week is equal to one day in real life.

This allows you to say things like 'see you next week' in game to easily convey that you'll see someone tomorrow - similar to how you used to use 'month' before the time changes.

Decay time on PROBE and so on has also been changed so it now says 'weeks' instead of 'Howlings', which should sound a lot less silly!

Secondly, I've added a CALENDAR to help you keep track of the Aetolian days and weeks. Commands/details as follows:

CALENDAR [month [year]]
Shows you the calendar. CALENDAR by itself will show the current month/year. You can choose to supply a month (CALENDAR IOS, or CALENDAR 3) to view a particular month for the current year, or supply a month+year (CALENDAR IOS 460) to view a specific month/year.

The calendar will note down by default your character's birthday, as well as the start of the seasons. You can choose to add your own notes to it as follows:

CALENDAR NOTE ADD <day> [month] [year] <note>
Adds a note to the calendar. If month/year are not specified, current month/year will be used. The 'note' cannot be longer than 30 characters, so it fits into the calendar. You can add up to 20 notes, and they will be deleted once the date has passed (unless set to repeat).

CALENDAR NOTE LIST
Lists all the notes you've added.

CALENDAR NOTE <note#> DESC <desc>
Adds extended information to a calendar note to remind you exactly what's going on.

CALENDAR NOTE <note#> REPEAT <YEARLY|MONTHLY|NEVER>
Choose if you want the note to show up every year, month, or only once. Useful for tracking birthdays and so on!

CALENDAR NOTE <note#> REMIND <1-5> WEEKS
Tell the game to message you a reminder. You can set up to 5 Aetolian weeks prior, and the game will message you every week from then until the occurrence. Set it to 0 to turn it off.

CALENDAR NOTE <note#> REMOVE
Remove a note from the calendar.

Penned by my hand on Gosday, the 25th of Haernos, in the year 453 MA.
