Class Changes

Hey folks,

I've got a batch of changes here based on some of the feedback I have been getting over the past month or so. If there's anything in specific you'd like to know more about, simply drop me a message and I'll respond to you as soon as I can. Otherwise, Happy Halloween and enjoy the changes!

Afflictions
==========================
- Impale writhe time is now increased for each physical affliction
upon the target by 0.5 seconds.
* Previously there was a small array of afflictions that did
this already, but this way you have a list on hand.
* You can look at HELP TYPES for a list of afflictions considered
as physical.

Animation
==========================
- Fixed Steadfast, it should now work once more.

Battlefury
==========================
- Doublestrike base balance recovery increased by 0.1 seconds.

Elemancy/Sciomancy
==========================
- Delay no longer requires or uses sorcery balance.

Devotion
==========================
- If Hellsight gives you all possible afflictions it can give, it
will begin to drain mana.

Ferality
==========================
- New Skill: Fury.
* After three parried attacks, you can use claw attacks while
off balance for 3 seconds.
- Mangle, Destroy, and Devour now consume arm balance.
- Devour now only needs two rips instead of three.
- Reverted Flurry back to the state where it can not be parried.
- Flurry can no longer break limbs, but it can still build limb
damage.
* You will have to use a seperate attack with limb damage in
order to break the limb.

Illumination
==========================
- Firebomb damage is no longer reduced per target hit.
- Firebomb now reduces your fire resistance to zero after casting
and until it releases.

Miscellaneous
==========================
- All blunt weapon attacks have had their limb damage increased
by 20%.
- Removed a 20% limb damage bonus to Teradrim flail attacks.
* This essentially keeps Teradrim limb damage the same.

Naturalism
==========================
- Screen now increases the time for Telepathy to achieve a lock
rather then blocking it entirely.

Research
==========================
- DISPERSE ability reworked:
* Can now only be cast on other players.
* Will purge away the web, ropes, and vines writhe afflictions.

Righteousness
==========================
- Enabled mana drains on auras, blessings continue to have no mana
drain.
- Concentration reworked:
* AURA CONCENTRATE to use it.
* Suppresses the mana drain from auras as long as you make no
aggressive actions.
- I've recoded pestilence slightly which includes some message
changes. Make sure to update your system.

Sanguis
==========================
- Feast is no longer blocked by the fangbarrier defence.
- Reduced Feast blood drain to roughly 10%, down from 35%.
- Feast now leaves behind a lingering wound that will slowly drain
2% blood every 3 seconds for 18 seconds.
* This effect will not stack for each Feast used.
* During this state, you can FEED upon the target as long as they
don't have the fangbarrier defence.
- Feast balance and equilibrium recovery reduced to 4 seconds,
down from 5.
- Lowered the damage on Feast by a significant amount.

Shamanism
==========================
- Cougar has had its chance to give direct sensitivity swapped out
for impairment.
- Sped up the interval for Spider spirit to web to every 6th
attack, up from every 7th.
- Increased the bleed on Bear spirit to 110, up from 100.

Tattoos
==========================
- Flame tattoo can now be touched no matter your state.

Vocalizing
==========================
- Baleful now causes impairment instead of direct sensitivity.
