All of those stupid enough to follow your "assult" on the Council and Wilds have been enemied. They will remain enemied till such a time your "Protests" stop then each case will be reviewed and the time and fine properly attached.

Each person involved has also been bountied, the number of times they will be bountied depends on how far their stupidity went in following you, those who raided and exterminated or defending those who were exterminating will find themselves with more then one bounty.

So Imp, be sure to remind your citizens why they assulted the Council when their gurgling cries of anguish resound over the lands.
